Yes, the Swurfer® SwurfGrip Traction Pads - Set of 2 do come in the colour black.

Is it easy to install?
Each pack comes with 2 Swurfgrips, one for each foot and they are very easy to install. Simply peel and stick the grips to each side of your board.

Can this be used as a balancing board on the floor?
Absolutely! The board itself will support up to 250 lbs and functions just like a balance board. In fact, that is a great option to continue using your Swurfer if weather doesn't permit outdoor play.
