How long will it take my order to ship?
We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours. We don’t ship orders on the weekends, so if you order on Friday it may not ship until Monday. We provide automated tracking numbers once an order is processed and packed up for shipping on our end. If you don't see a tracking number email from us within 24 hours, please make sure to check your junk folder.
How long does shipping take?
We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping within the United States, and the delivery times are generally 2-5 business days depending on where you live. Orders typically ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, so the further from us, the longer your shipping will take. In the case that you need expedited shipping, we offer faster shipping options during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to pretty much every country in the world. If you are unsure about whether or not we ship to your country, just shoot us an email. Shipping times vary by country but generally take anywhere from 5-7 business days.
Do I need to pay for customs fees/import taxes?
Most countries charge a customs fee. Please check with your government’s customs agency to determine if additional charges will be applied to your order. Each country has different laws and fees, and we aren’t able to track them all. The shipping fee that you pay does not include customs taxes and fees.
What are customs fees/import taxes?
Customs Fees are taxes or tariffs that are charged when shipping goods or merchandise across international borders. They are there to protect your country’s economy, jobs, and stuff like that because they control the flow of goods in and out of your country. They are charged by your country, and we have no ability to go around them. All shipments are subject to customs fees if you live in a country that enforces them.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shopping cart page has a shipping calculator for both domestic and international rates. Once you’ve picked out the items that you’d like from our website, simply head over to the checkout page and enter your shipping information to get a quick quote.
How will I know that my order has been processed and shipped?
After placing your order, you will receive an automated email receipt letting you know that we received your information. We’ll then process your order and send an email letting you know that your order has been packed up and shipped along with the tracking number.
