Does "all the rope and hardware needed to setup" include tree straps and a swivel? The manual only seems to show ropes and maybe a hook
The Swurfer Orbit includes the 4 frame tubes and mat needed to construct the seating surface along with the quick connect ropes. The carabiners rated to hold up to 500 pounds that are needed to attach the O-rings at the end of the support straps to hang the Orbit are not included.

Can this swing be attached to a wood swing set instead of a tree
Yes. The O-rings at the end of the support straps will attach to carabiners (not included) installed in a wood swing set. Follow the guidelines in the instruction manual to make sure you allow enough space to safely swing without collision.

can you hang this from a swing set?
Yes. Attach the web swing to a swing set by removing two sets of swings from the existing swing set and attach the upper metal O ring to the chain support hook using carabiners (not included) rated for at least 500 lbs. Allow 1.5x the total length of the rope to the metal O ring of clearance on each side of the swing from stationary objects or other swinging elements of any kind. The bottom of the swing should be no more than 24 inches and no less than 18 inches from the ground. Always ensure the strength of the object you are hanging the swing from. If in doubt, please consult a contractor.
